🔄 Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or accessories (unless defective).

  • Please note that all customized or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

📩 How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Order number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos (in case of damage or defect)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • For domestic returns: A pickup will be arranged (wherever serviceable).

  • For international returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original condition.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • COD orders may only be eligible for exchange or store credit.
