🔄 Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns on sale items or accessories (unless defective).
- Please note that all customized or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- If any return or refund request received without any reason then forward delivery and return delivery charges should be deducted from refund amount and if order was Cash on delivery then COD handling fees also be deducted from refund amount.

For domestic returns: A pickup will be arranged (wherever serviceable).

For international returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
